National Holidays

Each team member respects the national holidays of the country they are legally bound to (see work contract or contractor agreement). For instance:

• if you have an Italian contract or you are a contractor in Italy, you will not work (and still be paid) during the national holidays in Italy,
• if you have a French contract but you live in another country, you will be off during French national holidays. Not the ones of the country you live in.

⚠️ If you are new to the company, please inform your manager at the beginning of your contract of the dates of national holidays in your country, and indicate them in the Meili Holidays Google calendar.

Regional holidays are not covered by this policy and will require you to take Paid Time Off.
