TL; DR of steps:
- Preparation is the longest and most important part. It combines your own assessment, the 360° feedback, and your team members’ self-assessments.
- You can start preparing directly in your team member’s review template but make sure the person doesn’t have access to the Notion page (by default, they do).
- Calibration - to keep a certain balance in managers’ expectations
- Review validation by N+1 and HR
- Managers schedule and conduct meetings with their team members individually
- Finalization
