Here is a quick recap of recurrent meetings we have at Meilisearch. Meetings are useful to connect with colleagues over video / audio 😃 You are encouraged to write things down as much as possible in order to keep knowledge over time, communicate asynchronously and make the information available to everyone in the company.

Presentation for company-wide information. Every team is expected to share a few slides on what they are up to if relevant to the whole company. If you would like to present anything else you feel should be shared company-wide, let @Thomas Payet or @Morgane Neff know.

One-to-one with a random person in the team to chat and catch up. Go to the #coffee channel on Slack to sign up!

Team specific

Every team needs some time to synchronize their work. Meili highly recommends for new teams to meet every day (aka daily standup), and once your team is efficient you can transform to weekly standup.

Frequency: Daily at 10:30am (GMT +2)

Policy: Open to anyone, you can hop in by clicking on the link on the event in the calendar of any DevRel team member

Frequency: Weekly on Wednesday at 4:30 pm (GMT +2)
